Typically, carpets dry within 6 to 8 hours under ideal conditions—around 24°C with good ventilation from air conditioning, ceiling fans, or open windows on warm days. However, factors like heavy soiling, requiring extra cleaning passes, or carpets with plush or long piles can take longer to dry. We will provide shoe covers if you need to walk on the carpet while it is still damp.

Does the price change if the room is furnished or unfurnished?

In most cases, the price remains the same whether the room is furnished or unfurnished, but we assess each situation upon arrival. Rooms with furniture often take the same or longer because we need to work around pieces of furniture and access tight areas, which can slow down the cleaning. An empty room, while covering more space, is generally easier and quicker to clean.

Do you move furniture?

Our standard service focuses on visible carpet areas. If you're happy for us to clean around your furniture, there's no need to move it all. Light furniture can be placed outside the room, or we can move it aside during cleaning. However, if you want a comprehensive wall-to-wall cleaning, we kindly ask that you move the furniture beforehand, allowing us to access hidden spots and ensure an even, thorough clean across the entire surface.

Do you fix pet urine contamination on carpet?

Pet urine contamination can be difficult to resolve, especially if a pet has been urinating repeatedly in the same spot, damaging both the carpet and the underlay. In cases of heavy soiling, replacing the carpet may be the best option. Urine not only causes stains but also produces a strong odour. For light contamination, we can help by applying a specially designed solution to eliminate urine odour. However, due to the complexity of this work, it is not covered by our 100% Satisfaction Guarantee.

How often should I get my carpets professionally cleaned?

For optimal home hygiene and carpet longevity, consider professional cleaning every 6-12 months. The frequency may vary based on your household's specific conditions, family size, pets, and any allergy concerns among family members.

Do I need to be present while you do the carpet cleaning?

No, you're not required to stay if you're comfortable letting us complete the cleaning. If you're nearby, we’ll text or call you a few minutes before finishing so you can inspect the work and make payment. If you're not returning, we kindly ask that you pay beforehand. Once the job is done, we can close your house and notify you via text that it’s complete.
