At A3C Carpet Cleaning, we stand behind the quality of our services with a 14-Day Satisfaction Guarantee. If you're not fully happy with the results, given reasonable expectations, we will return to address any issues.

Should we be unable to achieve your satisfaction after a second visit, we will issue a full refund promptly.

IMPORTANT EXCLUSIONS

Urine Removal & Odour Treatment:

Removing urine odours and stains from carpets, upholstery, and mattresses is complex due to the nature of the damage. While we have the proper tools and expertise, complete removal of all odours and stains cannot be guaranteed, especially in heavily affected areas.

Stubborn Stains:

While most stains respond well to our cleaning process, tough stains like wine, coffee, ink, or dye may require specialised treatment. We can often improve their appearance, but we cannot guarantee total removal due to factors like stain type and age.

Reappearing Spots:

Recurrent spots can sometimes occur, especially if previous attempts to treat spills involved sticky or soapy residues. Excessive use of these products by homeowners can also damage backing and padding, making complete removal difficult.

Negligence:

Damp carpets or furnishings exposed to dirt and footwear can re-soil quickly. We advise caution until the carpet is fully dry to minimise the risk of resoiling.

End of Lease:

This guarantee does not cover re-soiling or footprints from foot traffic, furniture movement, or ongoing building work during or after the cleaning. We may take photos after cleaning as evidence in case of disputes.
